In consultation with you we design a performance program to grow and develop your team - with a focus on improved thinking, decision making, performance and wellbeing.

Our programs are unique and fun and perfect for team off-sites, company retreats, PD days and conferences.

For maximum results we facilitate team/business programs over a period of six to twelve months.

This program focuses on creating the foundation for a positive and healthy team culture where everyone can perform at their best. Through a blend of movement and conversation we strengthen relationships in the team and leverage the strengths that exist within it.

Throughout the program your team will be implementing action plans to sustain and build upon the momentum created in each session. Action taken will focus on business performance outcomes and creating positive change within the team.

Play is a biological necessity for all mammals. The larger the brain, the more play required and humans have the largest brain of all mammals. The physiological responses in the brain from play lead to enhanced clarity and present thinking. This program combines fun, joy and playful experience that will support and lead to deeper connections with self and others.

This program will create habitual joy in your team's daily experience and provide your team with the skills to combine fun with performance.  Do not underestimate fun and the power it can have on your bottom line.

Stress has a massive impact in the workplace - in financial terms and to the health of employees. Unfortunately most staff don't have the tools to deal with and move through accumulated stress.

In this program we explore strategies to respond skilfully in challenging, overwhelming and stressful situations. Your team will complete the program with a range of personally meaningful and healthy stress solutions that are easy to implement.
